Sitting up all night

Yep, again a messy sketch.
I just wanted to upload something and started doodling around.
I will put into scraps later, because obviously it belongs in there...

I imagine, the guy in the picture is just sitting up next to an ill friend, waiting for him or her to wake up after a restless feverish night... Something like that.
When I started, i had something different in mind, but this outcome isn't bad either.
